Later tonight, at 1:30 is when my Daryl passed away in my arms. Today has not been good so far, and I don't see it getting better overnight. Anyway, am still stitching, trying to keep my mind occupied, and have put aside the fortune cookie dolls to work on Le Grand Marquoir.
I know it's hard but try to think about all the good times you had with Daryl.
ReplyDeleteMy Grandfather loved my butter cookies. He died almost 30 years ago but on every anniversary I bake those cookies and think about him and all the crazy things we were doing toghether... riding horses, smoking pipe, fishing...
